Race HQ is located at the Forest Centre, Marston Vale Millenium Country Park, Marston Moretaine, Bedfordshire The main gates to the park will close at 7.00pm to allow first the juniors race and then runners in the main race to form up on the drive way at the start.. |

| Course | The course is fast, very flat
and scenic and follows the private driveway and footpaths around the

| Facilities | Car parking is available at the centre (be aware that the main gate closes at 7.00pm, all those arriving after this time will need to park on surrounding roads). Other facilities include St. John Ambulance, baggage area, refreshments, BBQ & licensed café. | ||||||||||||
| Prizes | Trophy for 1st Man & Lady, medals to 2nd & 3rd man and lady. Medals to 1st FU17, FV35, FV45, FV55, MU17, MV40, MV50 & MV60. Men & ladies team prizes (1st three UKA club members to score) | ||||||||||||
| Age Limit | Minimum age 15 yrs on race day for main 5k race | ||||||||||||
